Project Update #8 - Exterior Painting & Rooftop Facilities Taking Shape

Exciting progress is underway at Tamarama Residence as we move deeper into the finishing stages of construction!

The exterior wall painting is now underway, giving the building its first true look at the façade residents will soon call home. Alongside this, our rooftop facilities are coming together beautifully, and the Sky Garden has been completed, offering a lush, open-air space above the city.

Work continues on the Sky Lounge, Sky Gym, and BBQ area, which are currently in progress and set to give residents even more spaces to unwind, stay active, and gather together with a view.

On the interior front, window installation is nearing completion, marking another important step as we prepare the building for handover.
